I have been designing, making, and decorating cakes for the past 17 years. I am mostly self-taught using books, video’s, trial and error. I have had a few lessons with an amazing tutor, but most of my skills have been honed over time by watching and practising and I love the fact that I still learn something new every day! My ideal cake to make is something that is completely personal to the person receiving it; I like to have as much information as possible about them so that I can create a design that features many elements of their life and personality to make their cake unique to them. I also like to create unusual cakes and take inspiration from everything around me.

I love a challenge and have often said that my only limit is my imagination and being a very creative person in other aspects of my life, such as writing children’s books, drawing and painting I find that the sky is often the limit.

Deliveries and pre-booked consultations will be made between 9am - 11am and from 3pm - 5pm
