I am a keen runner and 12 weeks post partum was itching to get back into running. I did a bit too much too soon and picked up an ankle injury followed by a glute injury. When I first contacted Claire (after the ankle injury) she offered me a tailored session to combine the postnatal check with a running assessment. She quickly identified some weaknesses which led to the injuries and gave me some exercises and stretches to work on. I also attended one of her mum and baby Pilates classes which was great. The second time I saw Claire she did another tailored session to include video running analysis, sports massage and strength exercises. My glute injury had made it painful to walk, but within a week after seeing Claire I was running several miles. By sticking closely to the strength and stretch programme she gave me, I was able to complete the training and run the London marathon, 6.5 months post partum and just 4 months after seeing Claire for the first time! She is also a really nice person and was great at dropping an email to see how I was getting on. Highly recommended!

Iโve been suffering on and off with my back since my early 20โs. Itโs never been better since treatment with Claire. Just brilliant.
