About

JackRabbit Brewing Co. is a microbrewery with big passion. Producing craft beers for over 2 years now, we come from humble beginnings, working from a small piggery in one of the founders’ gardens.

After negotiating the pandemic, in October 2021 two new investors came on board, as directors of the company and as hands-on brewers. JackRabbit was able to take the plunge to expand and moved to The Barn on the stunning site at Prettyfields Vineyard in Ardleigh, which we share with Skylark Farm Shop and the vineyard itself.

JackRabbit brew a core range of beers composing of Craft Lager, New England Pale Ale, Hazy IPA and a Pale Ale, “College Hop Out”.

We continually brew one off beers, ranging from fruit sours to West Coast IPAs, and have recently released our micro NEIPA “Low Rider” at 2.5% ABV. All with creative labelling to match.

All our beers are vegan friendly and made from organic ingredients. Our beers are all handmade, with little or no mechanical input, using the very best ingredients and are unfiltered, unlike the large commercial offerings.

In our constant efforts to pursue sustainability we recycle our spent grain by donating it to local farmers to use as cattle feed and to local market gardeners for compost. Our can clips are made from HDPE recycled and fully recyclable plastic.
