Modece is an award-winning architectural design practice, established in 1985. Known for its highly sustainable approach to building design and its willingness to experiment and innovate with sustainable materials. We coined the phrase ‘deep green architecture' - using materials with the lowest possible embodied energy and serviced by carbon-neutral systems.
