Hello, my name is Judith. I am a qualified Reflexologist and have been for several years.

I run my own business as a mobile Reflexologist, coming to you, offering relaxing sessions in the comfort of your own home.

I am fully insured and a member of the CTHA. (Complimentary Therapists Association)

I am prepared travel 25 miles from Stowmarket to benefit my clients. Should you wish to discuss treatments over 25 miles please call me to discuss as this will incur a higher charge to cover travelling expenses.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to the feet (or hands) to affect another part of the body. This technique stimulates pressure sensors (reflex points), which in turn triggers relaxation response throughout the body.
Reflexology encourages good health, helps with relaxation, eases pain, assists with prevention of disease and improves quality of life.
