We’re a pub in the historic heart of Bury St Edmunds. We’re part of the independently owned Gusto Pronto family and are passionate about great food, drinks and hospitality. In October 2022, we were included in The Guardian’s feature on ’30 of the best UK pubs for Sunday lunch’.

Sup a Brewshed pint, drink a great coffee, enjoy a meal and a glass or two of wine. Catch up with friends, bring the family, do some business, call in on your own. Sit at the bar, lounge on the sofas, grab a table in the restaurant. We are what you want us to be.

We focus on quality, seasonal produce sourced locally where possible. Our menus change regularly and our team focus on creating great quality, interesting dishes from scratch. We can do half portions of most of our dishes for children.

We brew our own beer at our craft brewery, Brewshed, just down the road. We’re obsessed with finding wines we love that we can list at great value to you and our wine lists have won several awards over the years. If coffee’s your thing, we work with Crude Drinks who roast our coffee in Bury St Edmunds.

We are open Monday to Thursday noon - 11pm, Friday and Saturday noon - midnight and Sunday noon -10pm.

Do you have parking?

We don't have our own car park but we are centrally located in Bury St Edmunds and so only a short walk from public parking.
